I started yoga with Andrea before Easter. As I beginner I was not sure how the yoga sessions would be but, after one class with her I was totally convinced it was the perfect place for me. She is very friendly and adapts the sessions to the different levels of the group, so I felt very welcomed from the very beginning. I am starting to understand all the poses and exercises we practice as Andrea explains every detail in a way very easy way. Right now I feel much better and my hip pains have improved massively. The studio is a beautiful and peaceful place and they have all the equipment you will need, therefore you dont need to worry about getting anything. I can highly recommend it!

My wife and I have both started yoga for the first time this year. She goes to Alices early morning class and I go to Fionas class for cyclists. Everyone at Cheshire Yoga is incredibly friendly and welcoming, as well as incredibly knowledgeable about how best to tailor each pose to each individual. We both really enjoy our classes and find them very beneficial. We are really pleased to have been able to join the Iyengar Yoga family at Cheshire Yoga.

Such a gorgeous airy studio - clean, bright and spacious. And Andrea & Jill are so friendly, wise and knowledgable. I highly recommend Cheshire Yoga. x
