        From our initial vist to the showroom James approach us when we were outside and asked if we needed any help. He was able to answer our questions and engaged in a relaxed and friendly manner, organising a test drive for us straight away. He then went through the finance options in a non-pushy manner and checked anything he was unsure of. Once we agreed our purchase James kept us posted, answering any questions we had, and swiftly arranged collection. At all times he was courteous, relaxed and demostrated easy conversation with us. All in all, there appears to be a nice vibe in the showroom which really helps. Well done all!
