        Had my daughter's prom dress altered. Quite a tricky alteration as whole side needed taking in as well as the length and is ruched down the sides.The alterations were perfect! The whole dress is perfectly aligned and can't tell it has been altered. Worth knowing about this gem of a tailors and will definitely use again!

        I have used this place many times, and until today always found their service and work first class. However today not so much. They altered two pairs of trousers for me and when I picked them up one of the details was not as I had asked for, though they insisted it was. We could not agree on who was right and they certainly werent adopting the customer is always right as their philosophy! Which is a shame as I left feeling quite upset, went home and performed the final bit of the alteration myself which took me all of 15 minutes. Which made me think they could have just done this for me and maintained the goodwill. (They did very grudgingly after about ten minutes of arguing offer to do this themselves but they were so unhelpful initially I did not feel I wanted them to do me a favour. A real shame as Ive always up till today found them really helpful with excellent work. Service: Alterations
