Andy has completely renovated our very tired looking staircase .We now have a beautiful modern looking oak and glass one .He was meticulous in his work and there was minimum disruption over the 4 days that it took . We would highly recommend him to anyone .

We had decided it was time to have a new staircase fitted after a very long and stressful three years of home improvements. We found Medlock Staircases online having read the many great reviews and thought we would give them a try. I have to say the entire process of the guys being on site, very punctual and professional, down to earth and easy to communicate with made us feel at ease and extremely comfortable with the entire process. Even when we had many questions about the staircase and design options we were pleasantly surprised that this family run business had so much knowledge, being a family run business it was very apparent that the work ethic and passion is what makes them successful. The project took around a week and a half for two flights of stairs, in oak and glass, wow the before and after has really added character to the finishing touches of our home. The team worked professionally and the conclusion of the job was very neat, precise and tidy. I would highly recommend to use Medlock as my first time experience has been very pleasant. Will hopefully be using them again at some point. Myself, my wife and children are extremely grateful and overjoyed with the final product. Thankyou

Absolutely brilliant and amazing job has been done to completly remove old staircase and build a new one instead. Andy is very thorough, punctual and trustworthy person. He gives piece of advice in order to get any project better. He also does his best to exceed customer expectations. Highly recommend Medlock Staircases to everyone, because you will not be disappointed with the final result and price, because it's very competitive.
