I started contracting after 30 years service to one company, having experienced several agencies Rullion have been the best especially Melanie Fowler very professional and extremely good at what she does, always helpful and excellent advice always, nothing too much trouble definitely a asset to Rullion thank you so much for a positive experience and putting faith back into agencies

So I was dealing with Lorna Peart who was funnily enough very responsive to emails straight away before my interview but as soon as I wasn't shortlisted and wanted feedback she said that it wasn't her department and would get back to me asap with the interview feedback - guess what..3 days passed so I sent another email and got an auto response saying that she's away for 2 weeks. No wonder your company has the reviews it does if this is how you treat people. I would have been annoyed and taken it further if I'd not been offered another job. I was also not surprised now how the actual employer was slating Rullion at the actual interview !!!

This company has no ethics and will hang you out to dry. I worked for them for 11 months on the university in Manchester and was let go due to covid 19 in mid April. I was told on leaving by the contractor that they needed me back ASAP. Rullion decided to advise my payroll company not to pay me furlough as they said that I had no Job to go back to. They are now calling people up asking them to work at the same site, and for the same client but it seems I've been overlooked. What a surprise! Whatever polite explanation Rullion may post below, don't give them your time never mind your hard earned cash. There are some good agencies around Manchester. This is not one of them.
