I have been working in hospitality for 10 years and I have been involved with recruitment agencies many times both as en employer and as an employee. My recent experience with Detail2Recruitment has been by far the best experience I have ever had! Especially my recruiter Avan, I was extremely impressed with the way she is dealing with a candidate during interview/recruitment procedures, how much effort she puts into preparing you prior to your interviews and take time to dig into even the smallest detail. She has an extremely good sense of both employer and candidate needs and a great passion to match the perfect combination for a successful result! Once again, thank you for everything!

Brilliant from start to finish. It makes such a difference when someone calls you back when they say they will at each stage. Unfortunately, many don't but Conor certainly did which was great. I was kept in the loop, and he managed to negotiate the packed I was hoping for. Brilliant work.

I cannot recommend Mike Wood highly enough. Mike has placed me in my last 3 roles, all excellent businesses and teams where the culture and values match myself. Mike has superb contacts and works really hard to find the right role for the candidate. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always very supportive. For me Mikes key strength is relationships - he constantly keeps in touch, often just touching base. This has developed our relationship to such a level that I feel he often knows me better than myself and can engage in conversation about roles/companies I might not have considered myself. Highly recommend for both employer and for candidate experience
