        There is one woman in this post office that is rude and abrupt, me and my coworkers do not appreciate this. I have never met someone in the customer service industry to be so short with people.

        Literally ran to the post office to send an urgent letter only to realise that they decided to close the shutters 2 minutes early (potentially more, I got there 2 minutes before their closing time). Considering that their opening hours are 8:30 - 17:30, I think this is VERY out of touch with wider society and peoples daily routines, responsibilities and needs. What kind of business closes early!? Clearly comes to show this establishment and the postal service in general need an overhaul.

        A really busy time of year, which some of the public have no compassion for the fact that the staff are overworked and stretched. Despite this the staff are amazing at their job, highly efficient and Ive witnessed them deal with a number of really unjustifiably rude customers very gracefully. Well done to the staff!!

        Appalling, rude and incompetent. When they cause an issue themselves it takes up to a month for any complaints team to contact you, in which I wouldn't hold your breath on them helping you as a customer. They look after their own and have basically told me I am lying about what I have complained about. This only goes to show me that nothing had been done to help sort my situation out, as I have proof of the matter. I was told my events were totally different to what happened in store and quite frankly I find the whole thing totally laughable. Not willing to help or understand anyone with mental health issues and quite frankly got their back up because the word 'racism' was used. Really unhappy with my service and extremely unhappy with The Post Office customer care line. Thank you for sorting out absolutely nothing.
