Had an old kitchen faucet that would not shut off. Gas Work Ltd technician came in, explained my options, he answered all my questions and concerns, and helped make the best repair vs replacement decision for my situation! I would HIGHLY recommend Gas Work Ltd to all my friends. And with my new membership, will be using them for all my heating and plumbing needs in the future!

Gas Work tech from Gas Work came out to my house 60 minutes after I called on a plumbing issue. He diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Along the way he was open and honest about the potential cost of the job. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty and ability to resolve the problem. All is back in good order. Thanks Gas Work!

Rang for an emergency plumber at 9:30am. A call out fee of 177 was taken from my account whilst on the phone and we were told the plumber would arrive before 5pm. Called for an update at 3pm and was advised again that the plumber would arrive by 5pm. The plumber did not show up and we called numerous times between 5pm and 9pm, but there was no answer. When we called at 8am the next morning to advise the plumber did not show up, the man on the phone was apologetic and advised he has requested a refund (which we are waiting for). Really disappointing and unreliable.
