        Many thanks to Ling and her team at Altrincham, my Dad had difficulty progressing his passport application, following a rejected photo taken at the Walkden branch, Ling was very professional and courteous and retook his photo which enabled the application to go through smoothly. The Altrincham branch is extremely busy but staff do well to look after their customers, and satisfy requirements, well done.

      • I was there on 7/14/2022. There were two very rude and uneducated ladies there, one was old and the other was young, even one star is too much for them, racist and uneducated
