        Following 3 operations on my R eye for a detached retina and not being able to see properly since October last year, I attended Boots Opticians Altrincham today and could not have received a better service. The staff were brilliant. I have now been prescribed new contact lenses and I can now see. So, I am very grateful

        Had an eye inspection due last week and was rang less than 45 minutes before to say it had been cancelled with no sorry. Booked in with maskell and Josephson and Im so glad I did.

        10:40 appt at opticians request. Short test conducted. Left waiting 40mins to be told were busy and optician hasnt time to discuss resultswhy not come back another time. No surprise the reviews are so poor. Will use a professional business for my annual checks in future

        Arrived 3 minutes later, waited another 2 minutes to be seen. Then told they wont do my eye test because I was 5 minutes late! Really??? For me thats rubbish customer service. If Boots was late for my appointment I bet I would have to wait no matter what! I took my business somewhere else!

        Been a customer for 20 years. Arrived for an eye test today. They had the wrong time, wrong date, no apology and couldn't care less. I now have an appointment with Specsavers and you have lost my business. Reading other reviews, I am not the only one to have received such poor service.
