I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for all the help and support James and his company have given me over the entire house buying process /journey. It is always a stressful time and he absolutely provided reassurance and support at every stage. I recently moved to Sale and bought a property that was listed by James. From the very beginning James was upfront, communicative and very helpful. The sale was not an easy process due to the discovery of a structural issue and legal covenants on the property. Throughout this process James kept everyone in the loop, communicated effectively between each side and was always easy to get in touch with. Furthermore, he had good suggestions on how to overcome obstacles and when the vendor was busy with work, helped to make sure surveyors could look at the structural issue. If I move then I will definitely will contact James about listing the property.

Fantastic Estate Agent! The sale of my house was not easy, and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale. James worked incredibly hard, in order to get the sale finalised. I highly recommend Swithenbank Estate Agents, who really did go above and beyond to make sure everything went as expected. In my opinion, and they provide the best inclusive service for the Manchester & Cheshire areas!

Purchasing a property through James at Swithenbank was great. Polite, helpful and went the extra mile whenever he could. He was still helpful after the purchase of the property was completed which was very much appreciated. Would recommend.
