        I love OTF because it is not your regular fitness studio. OTF is a community with passionate coaches that really care and want to help you achieve your best. The team offers guidance and holds you accountable to motivate and empower you to exceed your individual goals. OTF has truly something for everyone! You can choose the intensity of the workout depending on your fitness level, and the coaches are always there to provide modifications if needed. The atmosphere in the studio is always positive, and the classes are challenging but fun. Joining OTF has truly changed my life for the better, and I am grateful for the community that has helped me along the way!

        Coaches are all amazing. Workouts are different each time and really get your heart going so you release those endorphins and leave the class each time feeling on top of the world. I love it

        Orange Theory Fitness Altrincham deserves 500++++ stars. This place is the best gym ever. The coaches are so encouraging and absolutely awesome, as are the whole team. Each class is different, always challenges you to improve and develop to achieve your personal goals.
