Tiziana is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend her customer service highly enough. She is friendly, professional and totally committed to finding the perfect holiday. Tiziana has such a pleasant manner and sends emails with all the information you could possibly need in an easy to read format, so it helps make the perfect choice. The personal service is so much better than just browsing through the app or internet. Excellent, 5 stars :)

I would like to thank the staff at TUI Altrincham (especially Hannah). Weve booked a second trip to Egypt & nothing was a problem. If you are thinking of booking a holiday I would highly recommend this store

Would like to say a massive thank you to Hannah for booking my holiday so smoothly. We got a great deal in Spain and Hannah was able to answer any questions we had regarding transfers , luggage etc. Will be back soon!
