Katy is the best. She is fantastic. She does my sons hair when we go. My son has autism and Katy absolutely goes above and beyond to accommodate and make his experience pleasant. Because she is the best she has a large waiting list so we have had to go with Jo who gets easily flustered and left my son with an uneven hair cut. I realise my child is autistic and gave her the benefit of the doubt and booked in again but still she was flustered, it was a rush service, the cut was not what I asked for and for 20 I didnt like it. The website says that the cater to autistic children. The problem is the staff vary from Katy to Jo so it depends who you book in with. The shop itself is lovely, child sized chairs, iPads with Netflix, a bowl of sweeties, a space for siblings to wait. And the shop at the front sell some beautiful shoes and clothes. There is parking at the back and the shop is accessible from the back car park as well as the front.

My daughter loves this place - staff are kind and hard working. There's a great shop for shoes and clothes, and the kids haircuts are great

I came today for a dad and daughter hair styling tutorial as I am pretty useless and felt rubbish I couldn't style me daughters hair. The team really helped me and we're such lovely people I honestly can't thank them enough. I can't remember the ladies names but they were both absolute stars and taught me a great deal.
