I have had the worst experience for the times are Never kept and carers are late by as much as 2 hours though not the fault of carers but the management, who it seems are run by carers.
If you call to find out where carers are then firstly it takes a very very very long time for someone to answer and if they do then they make up stories as they go along for if you asked the carers you will get a different story.
If you have the time to be on the phone all the time then its ok otherwise they are not what you want for your loved ones
