        Talking to Chris at 12:50pm on Friday evening (16th September) needing a number of different sizes and style printouts before 3pm the same day I thought I had missed my chance. But Chris replied instantly through email and talked me through what I need on the phone, he offered me a free upgrade for a number of my A4 prints and had it done by 1:25pm the same day! I went into the shop, again Chris was extremely welcoming and quick with payment/ fetching my items. The only tiny negative is that there was a small scratch on one of the A2 Posters, but giving the time frame and quality of service I see this as a tiny thing, didn't take away from the purchase at all. Thank you Minuteman! Jack
