        Avoid,Avoid/Avoid. This "group" of Maple companies left my house in a complete mess which is why they currently have a court order against them for a substantial amount of money they owe ourselves. They mismanaged our renovation from the start and were unable to complete a simple renovation. The owner either pretends or is ignorant of what the basic terms of estimate and quote mean. My advice is to use a professional company.

        More cowboy than John Wayne. We paid 95% of the the instalments and then they declared they wanted another 35% on top of the original quote. We were left with the job half finished. The courts didn't think it was ethical either. The county court judgement against Maple Design and Build says so.
