We would not hesitate to highly recommend the whole team at Tom Howley for a wonderful experience from start to finish, beginning with the manager of the Altrincham showroom Mandy Bennett, who went out of her way to accommodate us during the difficulties of the pandemic, to designer Mathew, and to the continuous excellent and amenable customer service from the Don the surveyor. I am in the process of replacing my kitchen. I contacted Tom Howley Altrincham and Mandy arranged for Rachel to come out and do an initial appointment. She was excellent and took time at ascertaining how we used our kitchen, how it fitted into our family life and how it is the heart of our home. Our second appoints was a few weeks later, where Rachel presented a very professional, visual of the initial plans and we discussed how we felt this would work for us, and where some tweaks were needed At the next appointment, we finalised the plans and it was brilliant and exactly what we wanted. Nothing was to much trouble for her, using the computer system to show us different options and layouts. I found both Mandy & Rachel very professional, helpful, friendly, honest and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they translated our wish list into our perfect kitchen. I cant recommend them highly enough Service: Remodeling

During our two visits to the Altrincham showroom as well as a home visit, we were really impressed by the professionalism, expertise, efficiency and personal service that we experienced throughout. Respectively Mandy Bennett and Rachel Adair did a superb job; taking time to listen, and offering genuinely helpful guidance, advice and suggestions. We cannot recommend highly enough at this stage and are looking forward to seeing how our kitchen becomes a reality.
