Spend a lot of money with them but very judgemental of customers. Didnt tell me of extra years warranty and when I found out they advised 'we dont tell everyone, people abuse it!' AVOID

Had a great experience with the folks in altrincham. Went to a few jewellers previously who tried to give me the hard sell and push for finance. Francesca and the team took their time to talk to me and walk through options without being rushed. Product knowledge was excellent. When my watch became available the sales process was really professional and I was really happy with my purchase. Highly recommend

A simply wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thanks to Lee, Karl and the rest of the team at DMR Altrincham for creating the most pleasant retail buying experience i have ever had whilst purchasing my partners engagement ring. Lees fun loving and attentive approach made a daunting task such an enjoyable experience i will never forget! Definitely recommend DMR.

The most perfect experience. Do not consider another jeweller without going and seeing these guys first. I travel from Nottingham to come and see these guys, as the service is the fine balance between professional and personable. Dan Cole has been amazing, and as far as Im concerned will be only go to for anything jewellery. Ive referred and recommended friends and colleagues, who have also confirmed they had the same experience. Theses guys have got it spot on, go see for yourself. A lovely placement in Altrincham and a stunning showroom are added bonus, but you will be made feel like an A lister.
