Today I visited Diadem Jewellery. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. I was greeted with a kind, warm smile from Elizabeth, whose service was patient and attentive. I purchased one their beautifully crafted pieces. Elizabeth gift wrapped it for me and I spoke with Daniel the Master Jeweller. Two wonderful welcoming individuals.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Diadem to have 2 rings resized recently. To call it a shop simply does not do this little gem justice.Apart from being filled with gorgeous, individual & exquisitely well made jewellery, they also offer resizing services & valuations amongst their offerings. You get a sense of the integrity & values of the place & people. They wont overcharge, upsell, exploit, & interestingly, you feel like the most valued customer in the whole world when you walk out. Its very easy & makes me very happy to support local businesses when they are this perfect

Called in shop July 2022 to have some jewellery valued. What a pleasant experience! Very friendly and honest. Took their time to weigh items and explain the process thoroughly and we were pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Thank you so much Diadem jewellers

Fantastic service and very honest staff. I recently inherited some pieces of gold and silver jewellery which we wanted to sell and were offered a very fair appraisal by Daniel and Elizabeth. They gave us almost twice the price that a nearby jeweller had offered and advised us that we'd be better selling the ring with the best stones at auction as it would fetch a better price than they could offer. We'll be recommending Diadem Jewellery to friends and family and will be calling in again to buy one of their beautiful pieces for my wife's next birthday.

There are many other five stars reviews on here for Diadem Jewellery and I discovered for myself today why that is the case. Diadem were very patient with me making contact initially using the web chat function to ask about a piece of jewellery as a silver wedding anniversary gift. I went to the shop today and Liz could not have been more helpful. She modelled the item for me, patiently guided me through looking at some other items and agreed to deliver them to my office at the end of the day when I had to get back urgently for a call. Thanks for the fabulous service. I couldnt have asked for more. I am looking forward to returning to order some bespoke diamond earrings as a Christmas gift.
