Ging's Thai Massage and Spa

My wife and I were given a voucher for a couples massage at this place. It was no nonsense, the staff were nice and the massage was very good. We would definitely go back.

Had a a 45 minute massage today by a lady called Pascha (paid for 60 mins), really disappointed. This place was my go to place for a massage and Im a regular customer but find each time I go there is someone different and each has her own style, this lady didnt suit me at all, came out with severe neck pain.

It was my first time coming here and the ladies were very welcoming, the beds are really comfy and very spacious. Nam who did my Swedish massage was very thorough and made sure the pressure was right for me. I feel a lot looser and lighter afterwards I will definitely be back, Thankyou! :)

The reason for 2 stars rating was the way the masseuse treated me before and after treatment on the 2/11/2022 , when I had pre-booked my appointment a week earlier. 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment , the masseuse told me that there is a 90 minute appointment thats come in. I was perplexed and confused whether they had done a double booking and I confirmed to her that I had booked this 60 minute appointment a week in advance. The masseuse didnt look happy and asked whether I would do a 90 minute appointment instead, which I couldnt so I realised that they were trying to make more and not lose the opportunity with the walk-in and maybe short staffed.After my appointment too something happened and the masseuse conveyed something to the receptionist which sounded very rude. Even though the massage was good, I dont think I would be going back and I have been driving 20 miles each way to go to them but unfortunately they lost a regular customer. I know English language is an issue with the staff at Gings Thai massage but we still can express with courtesy and kindness which is not there. Whether a customer pays for 60 minutes or 90 minutes, both are paying for the services. In my opinion and experience CUSTOMER IS GOD. In business if youre curt , rude and disrespectful to your customers its better to sit at home instead of providing a service. Unhappy Client.

I've been going to Ging's Thai Massage for around 7 months now, all the ladies are exceptionally good, very professional and good at what they do. The large heated beds are an added bonus. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
