Sales went down initially but I thought I'd give them time. 7 months later things hadn't improved so I tried to cancel. This is when I found out what the company are really like. They continued to take money from my debit card after I had asked to cancel and when I requested a refund they tried to tell me that work had already been done for this payment. I find this strange as the month before I had to chase them up for the work I had paid for (4 weeks after they had taken payment). I was finally sent that content 2 days later. Use the money for Facebook or Google ads instead. I have and the sales have already improved! In the meantime I'll keep chasing for my money back..... Paul

Would not recommend; their service to us was amateurish, arrogant and distinctly unimpressive. One particular highlight was when my company made an appointment to visit at their HQ. We arrived at the scheduled time, but their sales team were totally unprepared. They kept us waiting whilst hastily writing a 'proposal', which turned out to be a generic print off of their basic Ts and Cs. They had done no research into our industry sector, as they'd promised, and had no idea what we were about. They then went on to quote 800 per month for SEO services, which was double what I currently pay, and they promised the earth despite having done no research into our sector. I got the impression that they had a sales team with no practical knowledge of their product. I do no like snake oil salesmen.
