        Don't rent! Don't buy! The council tax is outrageous, constant parcels delivery issues and the BILLS ARE HUGE (you can't choose your energy suppliers but must pay by 6 times more then the market price for electricity and doubled price for gas) : my heating is off completely and my bills now are 600 per month for 2 beds ap, and the room temperature is 6, and that's only for the family off 3.

        Beware do your homework this place is cursed! The bills are on a commercial contact which makes them sky high, it floods and leaks. It's also sadly more or less unmortgageable with the management company almost unreachable... proceed at your peril
