        Poor interview technique. Showed boredom and desire to move at pace through a check list. Lack of active listening or ability to engage with interviewee in a manner which demonstrated empathy. Three interviewees felt the interviewer demonstrated bias.

The process of setting up the HR portal also instigated a great review of moving towards electronic contracts.
