I have been using BackPainHelp's "Strong Bone Capsules" and I am impressed with them. As a vegan I need Vitamin B12, Vitamin K2, Iron and Zinc. It is handy to have all these in one vegan capsule. Calcium inhibits the absorption of iron when taken together so in these tablets the calcium content is only 8% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). You can take two of these capsules a day but I have just been taking one which still gives me 50% of the NRV for B12, K2, Iron and Zinc. The capsules are approved by the London Spine Clinic.

This simple but very effective Posture Hero corrector is awesome!. I have bought it due to my shoulder and neck pain and general slumping by the home office desk. First day was a bliss I didn't want to take it off, second day my body wanted to fight this and get back to old ways and gave me pains here and there. Third day all the pains were going away and I could comfortably look over my shoulder. After a week I was able to maintain healthy posture without the corrector but I still ware it every other day during my working hours. I have bought second one for my partner in L size and as well it works on him. He is noticeable straighter and taller :) . No idea how such a simple thing can work so well but id does. 5 starts all the way .

Have had astoundingly brilliant results from using the therapy pad - a lot of my pain is from lower back stiffness and this nifty little device has reduced that pain significantly. Literally take it everywhere with me. When I lost the charger I contacted customer service panicking that I literally couldnt be without it and they sent out a complimentary charger same day for me. Amazing service - thank you xx

Great customer service, I received my Therapy Pad in a matter of a few days and its fantastic. 30minute cycles on my shoulders have eased some aches/pains Ive been having and after using it for a couple of weeks I can really feel the difference ! Overall would highly recommend company and product!

Ive been using the posture stand for teaching using my laptop for the last year. It allows me to stand and work freely for hours at a time. Excellent value for money, high quality and all my pain problems have been reduced! The company also provide very personal customer service.
