My happy place! Two group sessions, 2 1-1 pt sessions a week and they are amazing! As someone who couldnt even do a lunge before i started the fact Im now deadlifting my body weight is incredible! Im glad Ive achieved results that will last a lifetime.

Hannah is the best trainer Ive had. She makes everyone feel at ease and knows her stuff. She will put you through your paces in the gym whilst making your sides hurt with laughter. 10/10

Love training at Project You - the whole ethos of the place is incredibly supportive. The group PT sessions, yoga, Saturday morning drop-in and special wellness days are all fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Ive been teaching yoga at Project You for 9 months now, and absolutely love the environment Hannah has created! Everyone who I have met there has been a lovely, positive person and it really is a community of like minded individuals all helping each other to smash their goals! Couldnt recommend more if you are looking for a safe, welcoming gym to train at!
