Service is very slow and food was far from good. I went with myself and my son who is 6, the children's menu looked ok but the cheesey garlic bread and the Mac and cheese was made with a strong cheese (possibly parmesan) an acquired taste for an adult never a child. When I told the wait he kind of laughed it off and said blame the people upstairs, nobody else came over to ask about anything. The table next to me also complained and sent back almost a full meal (steak and chips) when the manager or at least the person in charge came over they refused to pay he then took the meal off their bill and told me he would take the service charge off mine (a service charge we were unaware of). The starters I had were ok but the burger was bang average, especially for 15. The staff who dealt with the complaint was pretty snotty and it felt he was looking down on us. All in all a slow meal which I would of rated at 2-3 stars had they dealt with the complaints better. Review updated as they have a new manager and someone in charge of the front if house, both service and food had improved massively when they invited me back.

Terrible meal my starter and main course were cold. At least the ice cream was ok!
