AMES is a fantastic company which I have been using for many years. Andrew is the perfect professional every time. He always responds promptly to requests for quotes and brings a variety of up to date options with him to offer. His work is exceptionally good and he is pleasant and polite. I have had a whole new alarm system installed in my home, outside security lights, electrics for hot tub and most recently a full CCTV security system. Andrew really knows his stuff...but he also recognises my lack of expertise and he takes time to calmly and clearly explain what I need to know. Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was punctual and took the time to diagnose the problem with my shower (which was an unusual one), carry out the repair and ensure everything was tidy and in working order.
