        called in on behalf of my business cos we have some dry cleaning to do. A guy answered said he is not intertested and hung up. i called back in to ask why he hung up cos we are looking to dry clean. he answered i told you we are not intesrested and hung up again... what a rude and unprofessional place and i understand why people have scored them so low

        Very poor customer service. Three piece suit returned dirty still in protective covering. No full refund offered. Manager very defensive and accusatory. Will not be using again.

        They put lots of effort into getting my rather mucky coat looking like new. Took the time to explain what they'd done and where things couldnt be improved - but i think they were being perfectionists as it looked great to me. great value, nice friendly service.
