Lotus Orthodontics

When I first visited Lotus, wearing a mask due to the embarrassment of the gap in my two front teeth. (despite no one else wearing a mask by then), I was quite apprehensive as to what lay in store. However, I was made to feel very welcome and was most impressed by both the professionalism and friendly approach made by both Mr. West and his amazing team My treatment plan was discussed indepth and I was on the road to feeling normal again. Wearing a brace was no problem. Even at the ripe old age of 63. It's never too late! Now, some 10 months on, I really look forward to my visits. I feel like part of the Lotus family, visiting friends and have never failed to leave without a smile on my face. A sort of dental therapy! They just get what I have been through in order to reach this stage. My confidence has been restored to an all time high. The horrendous, embarrassing, depressing gap is no more. I had previously despaired that my teeth would never be corrected to my satisfaction. Quite embarrassed to post the 'before' photo still. You can see the transformation for yourself on the 'after' photo. I can hold my head up high and will no longer have my lips sealed on photographs! Chris West has achieved what no other dental professionals have succeeded in doing. His team just gels. I can never thank Chris, Nicola and his team for their wonderful service. They have gone above and beyond to restore both my smile and my confidence. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, give Lotus a call now, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed and I'm not easily pleased!

I am thankful for the entire team at Lotus Orthodontics for always having such a positive attitude towards their work. In comparison to my sister's Orthodontics, I can say in confidence that Dr West is compassionate, fun, energetic (in a good way) and is truly caring to all his patients. I can fully recommend Lotus Orthodontics to everyone I know and am once again thankful for the staff for everything they have done for me.

What can I say, apart from a HUGE THANK YOU to Chris and his excellent team. Both my daughters have been treated by Chris and we and they couldnt be happier with the final outcome. Chris cares about his patients and add his jovial, fun and happy demeanour in the mix, it made the whole process so much easier. Thanks to Chris and everyone at Lotus Orthodontics.
