They did not fix my laptop but said they had. The exact same problem was evident when I collected it. I flagged this do them but you do not have the option of not paying them as they will litterally not give your product back until you have paid, so you end up paying under pressure to get your phone or computer back.
I hope they get thoroughly investigated for their extreme malpractice
I have only given 1 star as there is not optiopn for zero stars
