Millennium Micros Altrincham

Brought in an iPhone 12 Pro Max for a battery replacement, since then the phone keeps on overheating, phone keeps freezing and the phone keeps lagging. EDIT: The phones battery is like it is brand new, the problems seem to have gotten better not freezing as much and has not overheated in a while. Should hopefully be fully functioning soon. Im changing the stars from 1 star since the battery is lasting long and the problems seem to be getting fixed by itself

Great business! Had a problem with a blocked USB charging port and problem identified (bit of fluff blocking) and fixed in 2 minutes. And no charge. Would definitely recommend!!

I didnt read reviews before taking my phone into this shop, I should have. Me and my partner both took our screens to be repaired and both had to take it in a second time due to faults. We then had to take it in a third time because my partners was still faulty and mine had overheated and switched off and still now wont come back on. If you do choose to go in, make sure to sign your own form if you go in a pair, even if they tell you not to. I was accused of lying, told I never went in a second time and only after I made a huge fuss did I get an apology. Wouldnt recommend. *EDIT* The owner of this shop seems to think that responding nicely to my review is going to distract customers. Again, I wouldnt recommend and wouldnt even want to use my warranty for a screen repair at this point. Go in with a broken screen, come out with a broken phone. Laughable.

What a lovely Guy,I can't fault him one bit, went here at 9:30 with me Gran on 13.12.22,to see what problems me Ipad had,I thought it needed a new battery,but it just needed a new lead .And touch wood its working very well.
