Jason was excellent when we went looking at beds he was not a pushy salesman, he was very knowledge and explained everything about the beds and headboards with his help we chose a bed with a headboard in the colour styal we liked, it was about a week later two very nice men delivered our bed and put it together in our bedroom on leaving they checked I was happy with everything before leaving, I found a fault with headboard after they left I rang Jason who said no problem and two days later a replacement headboard was delivered by the same men who were again very helpful and didn't leave till I was satisfied excellent service throughout,

Jason was extremely helpful and friendly and had a bed custom made for my daughter in a lovely pink plush material. This was ready within a week and delivered by two friendly gentlemen on time. Would definitely buy from here again and would recommend. Great quality and excellent service! Thanks a lot!

Was thrilled with the service, from the moment we stepped into the Altrincham shop last sunday, we picked/ordered our bed (colour/size etc) it was agreed that it would be delivered and put together/inplace on that coming saturday between 3 and 5 ..the delivery drivers true to their word rang to say they would be with us within the hour..45 mins later the gents came and assembled our bed and put in the rightful place in our room...the gentlemen where great and super friendly...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT A DOUBT...will be coming back next year when we have our work completed to order 2 more...and have already recommended you to many friends and family...thank you...GREAT SERVICE, FANTASTIC QUALITY AND A FRIENDLY RELIABLE COMPANY..

Came in to look at mattresses - we had no idea what we were looking for! Jason greeted us when we entered the store, he was very friendly and not pushy at all! He directed us to the mattress's to help narrow down the type of mattress we needed, once done he took us around the store & explained our options to us. He was very knowledgeable & spent roughly 90 minutes explaining the different type of mattresses to us & advising which were the best in terms of support for my bad back which we really appreciated. He made the whole experience very easy - his knowledge & honesty regarding value for money/mattress quality was amazing! Jason helped us narrow down our top two quickly and then helped us make our final decision. Could not fault the service we received & Jason is fantastic - we would definitely recommend Snugworld beds

Dont waste your money here, the quality of final product is nothing like in the showroom. Then when the delivery team turn up, they are rude, do not like carrying beds upstairs and will throw your furniture around and damage your property in the process. Avoid at all costs!
