Booked an eye exam over a week in advance, arranged to take the time off of work and inconvenience several people in doing so. The day before my appointment I get a message that they only have 1 optician in on the day of my appointment and they need to cancel my appointment. I called and after waiting for 15 minute someone flippantly tells me too bad my appointment has been cancelled, when I ask why if there is 1 optician in she cannot answer with anything other than ' I only have 1 optician'. Will not be going to Boots ever again for any reason.
