        Love coming to Cheshire retreat. The staff are so lovely and professional and my treatment results are always perfect. I visit regularly for a range of treatments even though I actually live about 30 minute drive away. Most recently I have had a course of laser hair removal which has been fantastic I saw results after just a couple of sessions. Best money ever spent! Highly recommend. Thank you Cheshire Retreat!         I was extremely disappointed with my friend's experience at this business. Not only did they keep 300 from her after a car accident, but they also denied her request to reschedule and were unaccommodating. To make matters worse, they even blocked her on Facebook after she reached out for assistance. The manner in which the manager spoke to my friend over the phone was unacceptable, and showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as they appear to prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their customers
