Ian Scullion was recommended to us. We wanted some ideas on improving the house, and Ian helped us with various concepts. We decided to replace our conservatory with a garden room and it has been a great success. Ian made us feel confident that we were doing the right thing, in particular he got on very well with our preferred builder, and we were impressed that they talked the same language to each other (that we couldnt understand), and discussed the plans in detail. The extra cost of appointing an architect was well worth it in terms of the finished product. It has the wow factor. It is a pleasure to recommend Ian and his architectural practice. We have recently had our house renovated and extended under the direction of Fasciato Architects - we wanted a team that could have the same vision as us and who could also come up with some innovative and original ideas to complement our very old farm house - they certainly delivered and exceeded our expectations!! Ian and Beatrice were recommended to us and have provided a first class service and their attention to detail is second to none with a depth of knowledge in the industry to go along with it. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they were not able to complete the project for which they had been engaged. This is the only reason why a five star rating wasn't given.
