One criticism would be stock levels recently seem a bit challenged in the afternoons. It looks like they don't employ enough shelf fillers. More recently they've stopped any cleaning of trolleys or hand scanners which seems a bit pre-emptive.
January 2023 update: stock levels and staffing levels are still variable. The availability of specialist vegan stuff seems a lot better with more and varied lines.
April 2023 update: stock levels really don't seem to have got any better. There's always something they've either not received or haven't put out on sale. A trifle annoying!
