    Great Start With Trio so far. We moved to Trio / APC from DPD and its worlds apart its nice being able to speak to depot via phone and email and get a reply super quick normally with in 10 mins, With DPD we struggled to get a reply to sort issues out with in a week. All though early days with Trio things are looking promising so far and over the last few years we have tried UPS / parcel force / DPD and each one lacks the personal touch we are finding Trio seems to have.

    If I could have given 0/5 I would have. Horrendous communication. They do not answer calls. They will hold your parcel for 7 days, but return it to sender after 4. Despite being notified the item would be picked up within the hour-upon arriving - we were then notified it had already been returned.

    Second delivery attempt for a signed-for item never happened as driver went to the wrong address. Knowing he'd done so, he just gave up and I wasted a day. Complained to Trio and their customer service contact suggested I come and collect the delivery from the depot and slammed the phone down on me when I suggested their driver didn't have a brain. Dreadful company.

    Brilliant customer service from a sender perspective, had issues with another logistics company and moved to Trio and have felt far better looked after than any others we have worked with. The customer service has been efficient and helpful and they are very good at communicating.

    Worst parcel delivery ever. Don't deliver when it has been specifically organised and then leave a card when it was agreed to leave a parcel in the conservatory. Very poor!
