The worst property company, surprisingly still in business! They dont give an itemised bill, charge double the price it should be and also dont do anything! They are the reason we moved from Manor Farm Mews and now have a professional maintenance company, who submit a clear itemised bill, half the price of Castlekeyes and they do the work as itemised on the bill. We dont have to go through the directors, any of us can contact them if we want something done. For instance, the courtyard was looking a bit weedy, so I emailed them on a Friday afternoon and the gardener was here doing the work first thing on Monday morning. They dont deserve any stars!

In 20 odd years of dealing with property management companies, this has to be the most unprofessional and ineffective company I've ever dealt with. I suspect that some of the staff are, in fact, quite capable and perfectly pleasant, but they are completely undermined by Pam Wilding, the 'owner', who is utterly incompetent, rude, and generally unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all cost! they are literally the worst people I have come across on professional level. They do not respond to messages or emails. They do not understand their role is to be advised to take action on direction provided by client! I have experienced them (Pam and Mike wilding) to be interruptive and rude during AGMs. I personally experienced them for nearly 4 years but could not move due to being in a mews, we have recently decided to move on from them and hence I am sharing my experience. I do not speak on behalf of our mews however I feel the majority of others also feel the same. Shame I have to give them 1 star as default, where negative stars would be more appropriate!

Just as bad as it gets. These people dont reply to emails, from what Ive heard act against their own employees, are rude and mean. I honestly dont know who how on Earth did they received their licence!?

They don't respond to queries despite numerous chasing emails. Communication with Mike Wilding (Director) is always very curt. They chase payment of service charges which have already been paid - they have done this on four occasions, correct reference and account details always used.
