I seriously think giving this man one star is far too generous. What a horrible man!!!!! It's a shame for UPS to have this horrible man's shop as their Access Point!!!! Absolutely disgusting attitude, all packages are left out on the shop floor. Anybody could have taken them, he seemed so put out having to get off his backside to do some work!!!! ( as if scanning a parcel is so much work =D ) I wish there were an option of 0 stars. UPS need to seriously remove them from Access Points. AVOID!!!!!

I had to return an Amazon parcel via UPS. Dropped the parcel off this morning at 8am. Received a notification from Amazon a bit later that it had been collected. No issues at all.

Awful rude owners, refused to take ups parcel saying its too late despite being 15 mins early, even by the signs up in store. Lazy, rude and incompetent about the worst you'll find. Go elsewhere

Unhelpful, rude owners. Why would people like this chose to have a job that involves interacting with the public? Avoid at all costs !!

I wish I had read these reviews before making 3 wasted visits to Threadgold News. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service. The man is just a living example of how to kill a business. I went on a Saturday to drop off a parcel, the man at the counter (same person that every other review refers to), said no parcel drop off for UPS on Saturday. I went back on Friday to be told the last drop off is at 11am. This I found unacceptable when the sign on the entrace to the shop clearly says "last drop off at 3.30pm). Before leaving the shop I took at photo at 2.46pm as evidence. I have raised this formal complaint with UPS and sincerely hope they revoke his contract and find a better UPS access point. The man at this shop has no understanding of customer service. If he is the owner (which I doubt) then he is making sure this business never grows. If he is not the owner, then the real owner needs to read these reviews and make a change.
