Really great mortgage service from Ed Davey. My wife and I came to them as nervous first time buyers with a not fantastic credit history. They really delivered for us, with Ed helping us understand the process and ultimately securing us a good mortgage to get us on the ladder and being so hopeful through the entire process. Big shout out to Emily and Leah who were instrumental in getting it for us. We will definitely be using them again when our fixed term is up, thanks so much.

Ed Davey Mortgage Services was recommended by a family friend and I would pass on that recommendation to anyone. From start to finish they have been fantastic. Leah Taylor particularly was always happy to take a phone call to answer any questions I had, along with providing me with all the information in simple terms. With it being my first mortgage I was pretty clueless as to any of the process but Leah explained everything really well. I have known Ed for the past 8 plus years, having first met him when I was struggling as a contractor to apply for a mortgage (this was back when contractor mortgages were not really a 'thing'). Ed made the process incredibly seamless and efficient, and I received a mortgage offer which was higher than what I had assumed was possible given the circumstances. More recently, I remortgaged my property with some additional borrowing for medical equipment (hence the application wasn't straightforward) just before the rates started going through the roof, and again Ed was there for us all the way. Ed has also supported me with mortgages and remortgages for a rental property. He's incredibly client focused, always going above and beyond, has very good contacts with relevant financial institutions, and always keeps his clients' interests top of mind. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been using Ed for the past 5-6 years to deal with all things mortgage. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his team, Leah and Emily, and they always provide clear independent advice without the hard sell. I will be using him in the future when I need advice on my mortgage.

The team at Ed Davey Mortgage Services have helped make the process of buying my first home easier than I could have hoped for. Leah & Emily have been incredibly helpful right from the offset; They have both been friendly & easy to talk to as well as diligent and very fast at responding to any queries. They also helped me in finding a greater loan than I had expected when initially exploring my mortgage options. I cannot recommend them enough.
