When purchasing a new place with Charters, we made the decision to go with Rob Ferguson as opposed to our usual financial advisor and I can easily say that it's been one of the best choices we've made. He found a way to get the mortgage we needed when we were questioning whether it was possible at first, and his tenacity, personality and professionalism has been a pleasure to work with. It's been such a pleasure working with Rob, he made getting our first mortgage so easy & helped set us up with life insurance too. He explained everything so clearly and I felt like I really had a grip on a subject that I have absolutely no knowledge of! He's also a great laugh so made the whole thing a breeze. Thanks Rob!

Rob is friendly, informative, and professional. He walked us through the mortgage application process and made what would otherwise be a time consuming and stressful venture a walk in the park. A couple of Zoom meetings with him and we were set up with an excellent new mortgage and life insurance to meet our new needs. Amber was also excellent with keeping us up-to-date and liasing with estate agents/solicitors on our behalf. Highly recommended, thank you!
