Rimante, an incredibly capable and friendly lady saved this company from getting one star. I am also 100% sure if Rimante had been sent to repair my washing machine in the first place I would be giving 5 stars. However Rimante was the third engineer to attend and it was the fourth visit. It caused a lot of stress and frustration for us as each engineer had a different opinion on the fault but thankfully Rimante was able to fix it. Staff on the telephone were helpful too. 5 stars to Rimante 3 stars to the company

Awful experience with this company. They failed to turn up twice, did not tell me they were not coming until I called them. The first time, their "Van broke down" and a month later "The engineer was not feeling well" a really terrible experience. Never again.

Awfull. Booked for oven repair. Quoted for parts that were not required which took 2 weeks to resolve and arrive then waited over a week for an engineer to arrive to be told the wrong person had been sent and we would have to wait for the original engineer which was over a week. We have told them not to bother and they still wanted to charge for the call out. No cheaper than oven company direct but try to support local businesses so would not recommend or use again!!!

I would just like to comment and say how impressed I am with the expertise and professionalism that Vernon (Service 87) provided today for my two issues i had with my Smeg Appliances and how quickly they were sorted He is a credit to the team !! would highly recommend
