        Very helpful staff fixed a problem with the automated cheque deposit machine.

        Manager, polite and helpful. But thats about it. No real counter service. Staff friendly but keep trying to get customers to use cash machines. No ability to deal with business customers in branch. Opening hours laughable!

        A big thank you to Jay and his manager who were amazing this morning (and this afternoon) I had been put in a really difficult situation which I would never have been able to resolve myself. With their help even though not resolved the situation will move forward slowly. I cant thank them enough. I really hope this review reaches them and doesnt just disappear down a black hole.
