        I have now had appointments postponed three times. I was originally due to collect my hearing aids 13 April. I am now having to wait until 25 May. I know that the audiologist has not been well but this is Boots. I should have thought somebody else could do it.

        Ive been used to annual visits to an optician for over 70 years. Todays visit surpassed anything Ive previously experienced. Megan and optom Heather were brilliant. The latest technology was equalling impressive as was their friendliness, efficiency and professionalism.
