I recently renewed my rental agreement through Bourne Estate Agent in Alton and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, responsive and went above and beyond to help with all my requests. They answered all of my questions promptly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A huge thanks to Louise as I dealt with her most of the time throughout last year, but other members of staff were very helpful too. Bourne couldnt be better! The whole team but in particular, Roanna and Andrew were incredible. They worked tirelessly to help with both our sale and our purchase and despite some challenges, we got there and Roanna remained professional, friendly and helpful throughout. The advice and support we received was first class and honestly, Bourne are the best agent we have worked with for house purchases having moved a couple of times now.

Blown away by the level of hard work provided by Bourne (with special thanks to Phoebe) during our house sale. From the start they were absolutely brilliant, with lots of viewings booked in and getting helpful feedback after each. After accepting an offer we were kept well informed and given guidance where needed (our first time selling a property). Towards the end, when the transaction became quite stressful, the support to myself and the work put in by Phoebe was amazing. Im sure that without her, it still wouldnt have gone through. I would recommend Phoebe and Bourne over and over - absolutely brilliant.
