Beware customers purchased several boxes of ad333 tour balls after a happy winter was spent using the soft feel and ad333. Well I placed a few boxes from several of purchased in the bag ready for the year ahead. I got a brand new o r put the bag teed it up and upon a clean well struck mid 70 swing g speed the ball shattered to bits. Ok bad batches occur I called the supplier who. Said its nothing to do with them talk to srixon ok I did that who ironically reffered me back to the supplier who. Have already said they're not interested. So not knowing which 12 balls were from The bad batch all 34 odd balls left I'd lost a couple in the week will need to be binned as they're not useable. Srixon don't care nor does the supplier they will just co tinyally pass you to one another until you get bored. Well now my wallets bored so back to the trustworthy titleist for me. Please please people beware they will gappily take ya money bit not sgow ypu the same coutesy if there is a problem with the product. I'd think twice and I will bot use them again not because a ball broke bit because of the shocking after sales service I received
