I was personally recommended to Robert Simmons and specifically to Fiona Sawkins to assist me with my divorce. The divorce I was going through was a very emotional experience for me but from the very first meeting with Fiona I knew I was in safe hands. Fiona advised me through all the options and gave me practical and pragmatic advice. Fiona is a superb solicitor, and I don't say that lightly. In my job I work with a lot of solicitors in the corporate world and Fiona has exactly the right mix of empathy, intelligence and skill and we worked very well together. Fiona worked with me to ensure I understood the best approach and urged me to start with trying to gain an amicable agreement between me and my (now) ex husband and because of this I had a smooth and speedy divorce process. I cannot rate Fiona and the company Robert Simmons highly enough, they work hard and process things very fast and their rates are very reasonable and well worth the money spent.
