        Needs to maintain the grounds and weed control of Northdown way as a professional gardner with over 10 years experience and on ground maintenance both local authority and prestigious sites. the current cowboys that maintain the grounds have some what missed out Northdown way ? Why ??

        Good looking buildings; good value; probably lovely to live in. But so close to each other (?!) and why is it even allowed to be making houses that need and use conventional energy? Exeter council has built homes where residents havent turned on central heating for 12 years. Its time for intervention by regulation to enforce modern energy-efficient, even energy-self-sufficient housing development.
