Fantastic item and service, 5 stars just isn't enough! Ordered a personalised bag and lunchbox Wednesday morning then received an email Thursday morning to say it was ready for collection! Item looks amazing, my daughter will love it ( it's a birthday present) thank you so much will definitely recommend and use again!

Incompetent and unprofessional. I ordered a ceramic dinner set for my granddaughter only to find out 2 weeks after it was out of stock. I changed the order and received it but the bowl didn't quite match the plate and cup. I was told to send it back and was then informed that it was because it was handpainted. Why make me send it back then!!!! I am still waiting after 2 months for the bowl to be returned. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone as you get an automated response saying the person is unavailable. They are ignoring my e mails. My granddaughter didn't get her present for Christmas.

I recently ordered "Tinou Shop", a dainty and exquisite little jewellery and music box playing Mozart's enchanting Magic Flute . I am delighted with the quality of the gift, its originality, its competitive price and the personalisation service. The gift arrived on time and the customer service was excellent. I had requested a personalised message to be engraved on the music box for my daughter Sophia's 11th birthday. Becky and Lolo did a fabulous job. When my daughter discovered her present, she said: " Mum, it is so pretty! I wish my bedroom were like this! I love the French wallpaper, mirror and the cute little drawers. It just makes me dream!
